I've got a blister on my finger that came out of nowhere 2 days ago. It hurts more each day; could this be something serious?

perhaps a wart or callus. if too hurt, you should go to pharmacy and ask pharmacist which medication is good for your finger. Show the blister and ask. If necessary, check with your doctor.

Probably not. I would put hot compresses on it to get it to pop and then keep an antibiotic ointment on it to prevent infection. If it were near the mouth I would say herpes but it isn't and the finger isn't the place for herpes. It may just be something you are allergic to or you did something and don't remember it.
