A few days. I think I got mine back in about 3 days.

A blood test takes about 3 days to be read as positive or negative.

Above is correct, but add to it a few days for the specimen to get to the lab, the lab to process the specimen, read the results, send the results to your doctor/clinic, and the doctor/clinic to call you. I think you might have a week before you get your answer...
