chinese dumplings by themselves are not spicy but if you use soy sauce with it filled with chilli garlic then that is gonna be one spicy finger food!

here's the recipe for the chili garlic:

12 red jalapeno chili peppers
3 cloves garlic
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon sugar
Juice of one lime

Note: Be sure to wear protective rubber gloves when handling chilies.

Discard the stems and remove the seeds and veins by splitting the chilies lengthways and scraping them out with a spoon.
Chop the chilies and garlic finely and crush until a smooth sauce is formed. Add salt, sugar, and lime juice and mix well.
Refrigerate overnight before using.

If you want a more interesting taste, fry the finely chopped garlic in olive oil until dark brown then add the finely chopped jalapeno and cook until both are well blended. Add sugar, salt and lime juice in the end.

Use a little of the mixture with soy sauce. Dip your dumplings! Enjoy!

True Szechaun chinese food is spicy,

But how about a little Cajun?
Take fresh jalapenos and split them, seed them and stuff with cream cheese and wrap in a bacon slice using a toothpick. Bake at 350 until bacon is done. Can broil last 5-10 minutes.

OR

Take split seeded peppers and some thick onion chunks and large shrimp, skewer them and sprinkle with Cajun seasonings and red pepper to taste and broil or cook on pit.
