It looks more like some neurological problem and you may need to see a doctor and go through tests. What has brought it on is not clear from your question and hence no better answer can be given.

This is probably paraesthesia normally due to a disturbance in the conduction of somebody's impulses through nerves that carry sensations from the skin to your brain Tingling feeling in hands may be due to sleeping with your arms bent under your body or something similar? could also be due to inadequate calcium or too much calcium in your body. Probably nothing to worry about and will go away by itself after a day or two, but if it persists see a Doctor.

Agreed with the above it sounds neurological. It could be lots of things see a physician.

yes, it is a neurological problem.
how are your vitamines ...do you take any ?
do you consume a lot of alcohol?
what ever, you must see a neurologist.
