More than likely it is an alcohol reaction. But like others have said, "don't mess with the chest pain" call Doc...any other symptoms such as sob(shortness of breath),pain that spreads to the neck, back, jaw upper arms/shoulders? This could be a sign of a heart attack. Call 911..most of the damage to the heart muscle is done within the first 6 hours of symptoms.

The red blotches...reaction of somesort sounds like... good luck!

Not really sure. The drinking could be throwing things off since it could account for the redness. However, chest pain is never good. It might only be indigestion, but should you take the risk. If you have a phone up medical help line in your area, call them and see what they suggest. If there is no such thing then take the person to the emergency ward at your hospital. Better safe than sorry.

If he can still breath ok, it's probably something alcohol related, and just don't drink as much. If he gets it any other time, that sounds like an allergic reaction to something.
