The last time i have been medically checked out was January 10 and there I was given a blood test and a CT scan and all the tests came back negative. I went for a different reason other than my heart. I have been under close to alot of stress for 3 months and last wednesday after running in gym I noticed a pain underneath my right breast and it wasn't consistent until the next day and now 4 days later i just feel discomfort there. my family has no heart attack or heart disease history. Could this just be a pulled muscle or am I having some sort of heart failure? I'm only 18 years old.

Since you are 18, it probably isn't heart related, but it could be.
It would not be heart failure as there is no pain with that.
You can get transitional pains for many reasons. But I am curious as to why you had the tests before? Usually with a heart attack, the chest pain can be described as something very heavy sitting on your chest, sometimes associated with pain travelling down left arm. Unless you have these symptoms, I would just make a note of other pains that show up.
Write them down, describe the position, intensity, type of pain,(peircing, Dull-Achey) The duration of pain, and what were you doing at the time. And then when you get worried again, take the written observations to your doctor.

One other thing, If you have pain in your chest, take a deep breath. If the pain changes, it is not the heart.

If you had test done that came back negative and yet have some concerns, I would tell your doctor about how you still feel.
You are not too young to have a heart attack. I would still have yourself checked out. Their may be something else going on. Again it may be just a pulled muscle, but looking for medical answers of this kind is best to ask the doctor and not on yahoo.
Don't worry yourself to death until you get some conclusive answers from a Professional Doctor. People here may say things to upset you my friend.. Good Luck..

No, it is not heart failure, so relax. Get some Arnica Cream or Rescue Remedy Cream/Spray and apply. But be careful: if the problem persists or you feel uncomfortable, rush to the ER. Don't take chance!

Pain under the right breast bone is more likely to be related to the gallbladder or liver. Since the pain has been present for several days, it would be a good idea to see your doctor to determine the cause. It could be your heart, but more likely it is something else. Good luck.
