Although I am sorry your cat is on her last life, I am more concerned with humans with diabetes.

Have it put to sleep. Why let it suffer? Cats are not supposed to be blue. Plus selfishly keeping the cat around will be expensive. Adopt a new cat from a shelter.

I used to volunteer at a veterinary hospital, and we had a diabetic cat in who was syonotic, the vets did everything they could but unfortunately he passed on. I recommend putting him down. It's the best gift you can give him, I know how hard it is but it is in his/her best interest.
