Most crockery is still made in the pottery areas of the UK. and this is true to form. It is made in Stoke -on -Trent.which is in Staffordshire in the midlands or `black country` as it used to be know as,. You do not say why you want to know this. If you wish to purchase coffee mugs from them, depending on the quantity you require, you need to approach different sections of the company. If you merely want to see the factory and take away a souvenir, you can go to the retail shop section. If you wish to order large quantities of mugs, you can negotiate a quantity-price deal with them if this is the case, I suggest you write to them for an appointment.
