What varieties of corn did you / your boss plant? They probably already have names.

If you don't know, name them for:

1. the people from whom you got the seeds

2. the city or county or state where you're growing them (like, New York Sweet)

3. Your boss (Bob's Sweet Kernels) and his wife (Mary's Sweet Corn on the Cob)...of course, use their real names instead of Bob and Mary (unless their names ARE Bob and Mary).

you do no longer provide plenty element on your corn in simple terms that that's candy! How approximately Tasty candy Cobs! don't understand of any further effective names. I desire Dents Butternut corn that's plenty extra effective than any candy corn! Butternut corn i do no longer even could desire to upload any butter to it. regrettably that's getting extra good and extra good to get! Oh and that's offered in 6 packs!

If you were hired to do a job and have to ask people on the internet, your boss is probably right! Sorry! Maybe you should get a different more suitable job?
