You can get an STD from both, but there is a higher risk from oral sex. Herpes and HPV viruses living in the mouth can be transmitted to the genitals and vice versa, and they can be transmitted from skin-to-skin contact. Gonorrhea can also infect the throat.

if i were you i would keep one partner and not continue switching, and if you do ever get a std make shur you let your partner know
