This is a pretty broad question, so instead of answering it i'm going to give you some websites to go to. Some general symptoms of an STD are sores, abnormal discharge, and sensitivity in that area. As for AIDS, you don't develop AIDS for years after you've had HIV. Assuming this symptoms are just starting, you most likely don't have AIDS. However, I would recommend getting tested, and in the future, use a condom as well.
I hope some of these websites help!

I'm a nurse. With any std there will be discharge, fever, headache, nausea, vomiting, and pain in the area. With AIDS you will have sudden weight loss, thrust (chalky white thick substance on your tongue that you can't remove), leisons anywhere on the body, night sweats, chills, flu like symptoms. I can't think of any more but I'm sure I missed something. I hope this information is useful to you. I would get tested and try not to worry. Take care and I wish you all the best.
