Nuts are surrounded by a very hard shell and are made up of protein and fat and omega 3 fatty acids(I think). Beans are carbohydrates mostly-apart from the Soya bean. Beans give you wind and nuts give you stomouch ache if you eat enough of them. Beans need to be cooked but nuts can be eaten when shelled.
