Lynn,
Thank you ever so much for the invite;-)
I think it would be fitting for such a large group, to be ushered off to an exotic resort in Fiji..... Serving a traditional "lovo" (feast of meat, fish, vegetables and fruit cooked in covered pits), then everyone has the opportunity to enjoy the local beverage called a "kava", a drink that would put us all in the mood for the Fijan nightlife..... Now that would be a dinner party to remember..... At least if it could come true;-)

I'll start with a beer - possibly captain and coke.
Settle into some soup followed by some ribs, mash potatoes, toasted garlic bread and maybe some veggies.

Go to Manderin. An ALL YOU CAN EAT BUFFET. So, if you don't know what to get your friends, go there. So you don't have to choose one type of meal they MIGHT NOT enjoy. Manderin has all the food you can choose from. Pizzas to noodles. It may seem a little expensive, but it's worth it.

Heck I'm easy... Italian (veal or chicken parmesan), seafood (talapia fillet stuffed with crab imperial) or mexican (beef, chicken and shrimp quesadillas). Considering the crowd at yahoo answers - probably mexican is best lots of good finger foods and great beer and wine... see you around 7ish?!?!?!

Thank you. That is mighty nice of you. Howabout we head to Longhorn Steakhouse. We can start out with one of their fabulous martinis and one of many appetizers ... most big enough to serve several. Their steaks are beautiful, flavorful, and ... well, just plain good.
