Soy Sauce Chrystal's???

Question

Hello,

The other day I made a think of rice. Once I sat down and was ready to eat. I noticed these little dark round balls that had spikes coming out of them, at first I thought it was some kinda bugs. Now when I look it appears to be some kinda chrystals growning in the soy sauce??? Has any one else ran into this before? I took a picture and here is the link

They're definitely crystals, but not table salt. Table salt crystals (NaCl) should be in perfectly squared cubes. Besides, I seriously doubt anyone can eat enough salt to be crystallized on rice.

I'm 99% sure they're MSG crystals. MSG crystals are long tubes and more transparent than table salt. You can see how it looks like from those Ajinomoto MSG sold in stores.

While it's not harmful to ingest a few MSG crystals, we all know how bad it is in long term. The soy sauce brands from China and Thailand are much higher in MSG. I get headaches and nausea from MSG, so I buy the ones from Hong Kong and Japan.

i do not take care of warm sauce, Soy sauce, or tarter sauce, that leaves steak & BBQ. If i'm eating BBQ or ribs, i am going to take the BBQ sauce. If i'm eating a steak, i am going to take the steak sauce (yet presented that the steak isn't pro properly adequate to face on this is own style.)

Soy sauce is basically no more than salt and water (fermented soy too)..all the crystals are, is the soy sauce 'drying' up and crystallizing the salt content in the sauce.
