The drinks in the 60's were actually somewhat simple and ordinary.
Girls/ladies enjoyed; Screwdrivers, seven-seven's (7 Crown & 7-up)
whiskey & soda, bloody mary's, scotch & soda.
Guy's mostly drank beer.
Wines were not widely consumed in the 60's.
Many bars served popcorn, peanuts in the shell, and chips.
Influential people included President Kennedy & Jackie, John-John Kennedy, Elton John, Liberace, Chubby Checkers, Kingston Trio, BeachBoys.
Parties at home included sloppy joes, chips, pretzels, cocktail weiners served in a BBQ sauce.
Hope these help!
Good Luck.

The 60's were simple times. The suggestion of the Alabama Slammer was right on. Basically, in those days Screwdrivers was the drink for Ladies.
To go back to the 60's go basic. There were no microbrews, no fancy drinks. The bar had a White and Red Wine, a Canadian Whiskey, Scotch, English Gin, Vodka, Rum, and Tequila. The beers were Miller, Bud, and a local brand based on your location. You put out Ice with sodas such as Coke, 7-up, tonic water, seltzer, and plain water.
I don't know that a sixties party would play out now. We had other things to compliment the party in those days. If everyone is mature enough to enjoy, responsibly, try the above booze with the addition of Schlitz, Schmidts, or Coors. Have A Great Time
