Firstly, I'll confirm that Unturkey is gone. It blew Tofurkey away!!
Here's the best two recipes you'll find on the web for cruelty-free replacements. My experience is that meaties prefer the second tofu based recipe over the first seitan based one.

My favorite turkey substitute is UnTurkey by Now and Zen, but it looks like their website isn't working so maybe they're not in business anymore.
Tofurkey is really good and the company has deli slices too - http://www.tofurkey.com/products.htm
Good luck!

Try a Quorn roast. (That's the name of the brand.) They're excellent, and they are certainly the closest alternative to turkey I've found.

We had Quorn last Thanksgiving, it's so close to chicken, it's scary LOL
We just sauteed the Naked cutlets (that's what they are called), sliced them and made a yummy vegetarian onion gravy. It was really good.

i in my view consume each and every little thing on the table however the Turkey. My relatives would not like marshmallows of their vegetables and the stuffing does no longer have animal broth and does no longer bypass interior the turkey.

I do not know if you eat fish or not, but a big roasted, stuffed salmon is a wonderful substitute. There are many wonderful nut loaves as well.
NOTHING tastes like turkey. I still drool at the smell of it cooking. There are substitutes and fakes but, I am not a tofu fan. Besides, if I stopped eating meat, why would I eat something that imitates it. But that is just me.

Let turkey eaters see this page. They might embrace nut loaves after they read where those yummy birds come from.
I hope you find something from the list below. In 30 years I have never found a good fake bird. IMHO, trying to pass off fake meat as real is as bad as trying to pass off carob as fine chocolate. There is just no comparison.
There are lots of wonderful meals without turkey. Some of the images below look quite yummy but you know they will not fool anyone into thinking they are the real deal. But chances are they will still taste great.
That is one thing you can never do with carob LOL.

There is something called Tofurkey. They make it up here in the Northwest. I'm told it's pretty good.
