i went to the doctor i have an inner ear infection
and bronchitis im already taking more drugs than i've ever had in my life from antibiotics to inhalers (plural) im ok during the day but at night once i get in bed the coughing persist to the point of aggrivation and i just cant get any sleep. plz help

Try running a cool mist humidifier in your bedroom at night, it will add moisture to the air. It helps me.

Take a warm soothing bath. Have someone rub your chest and back with Vicks. Elevate your head. You might be choking on your saliva whenever you're coughing. Make sure you keep warm by covering yourself, sleep in a socks if possible and get a vaporizer. This might allow you to get some sleep.

Yeah the cool air humidifier will help as stated above. I am by no means promoting abusing legal drugs, but I used to be so aggrevated with lack of sleep that I went to extremes...................................A big swig of Nyquil and a percocet is perfect to get a good nights sleep.

ask your doctor about taking a sleeping aid at night.

if your smoking stop.. thats causes all those things. i am using the new pill to quit smoking and i think its going to work.. its costly but so is my health problems.. good luck
