White wine is better than red. I heard on CNN about this.
White wine is good for your lungs (so the oxygen could flow easier in your lungs and body) but red wine is just good for the heart.

Depends on the wine but generally, when it comes to fine wines, red wines have far more complicated and nuanced bouquets, better bodies and certainly a better finish.

So far as Sula is concerned, their whites are very, very sweet. Among their reds, the Satori isn't bad. Avoid their Merlot. It will give you red teeth and a headache next morning but little else.

It all depends on what you are serving it with and what your specific tastes are

the general rule is with red meats you go red wine, if you like a sweeter wine stick with your shiraz and your light merlot if you like something a little more dry then you can try a cabernet soveniogn

with fishes and pastas with a cream style sauce go with your white wines, or possibly a white zinfendel

if you want my personal opionion you can't go wrong with the cabernet sov.

Red wine is made with the whole grape. including the skin. White wine is made from skinned grapes. The anti-oxidants are mainly in the skin. So red is better

It depends on what you're eating. Rule of thumb is red wine for red meats, and white wine for white meats and fish.

For health purposes (cholesterol, etc.) red wine is supposed to be better.
