This is an interesting question and I wonder what is behind it. One cigarette won't really hurt you. Just get some fresh air into the lungs thats all. However if you become a smoker. The lungs, which look some what like an upsidedown cauliflower become
blackened and coated with nicotine. Everything is OK in the beginning then gradually one gets a 'smokers' cough, then bronchitis frequently . Gradually the lung gets weaker as it tries to fight off the chemical contamination. I won't continue but you get the picture

I had a Dr tell me that part of my 1st cigarette is still in my lungs affter 55+ years

You never will. However, the damage caused by 1 cigarette is so little, you'll never notice.
