Contact your local health department, they have an STD clinic (this is mandate by federal regulations). You can do any type of STD and HIV testing for free or very low cost and you could remain anonymous during the whole incident.
You dont need parental consent for STD or HIV treatment or testing. Meanwhile, if you have sex ask the guy to wear condoms. Good luck!

I can't help you on this or anyone on-line can help you. Since you said that it burns, itching, and redness, The best thing you can do is go see a doctor. Once the doctor sees the condition you're in he or she can prescribe the necessary medication that would help you. Please, go have this check out, don't try to figure this out on your own, because you are not a doctor.

No, you have to see a doctor regards if your mother will find out.. because this sounds serious. If you want you can ask your doctor before hand to keep your information confidential.. But if anything if your mom know its okay, she'll get mad at you but more importantly if she knows she can take care of you too..

Call planned parenthood for an appointment. They will help you even if you can't pay. They will not , and cannot, tell your parents. Just so you know, now that you are 18, if your doctor tells your mother about your medical history without your permission, it is a violation of a federal law called HIPAA. You may want to tell your doctor that you fully intend on acting upon your legal rights if he tells your parents. He/she could lose their medical license. Below is the complaint form to file if you feel your doctor has violated your privacy rights.

Good luck!
