Have a brinner tonight! Or, in other words, a breakfast dinner. Make everything you would prepare for breakfast, only serve it as dinner. Some Suggestions:

----Sausage links (breakfast kind or Italian is best)

----Bacon (If you don't have much time, Oscar Meyers Pre-Cooked will suit you well)

----Eggs (Scrambled, soft boiled, sunny side-up, you choose!)

----Hash Browns or potatoe wedges

----Breakfast Sausage (Mmm Mmm! Here's a recipe from the link below)

Breakfast Casserole:

10 eggs (egg beaters do fine)
2 1/2 cups of milk
1/4 cup of chopped onion
1/2 cup Velveeta cheese
1/2 cup shredded sharp cheese
3 slices bread buttered and cubed
1 cup sausage (milk)
1/4 cup green pepper chopped

Brown sausage with onion and pepper. Drain sausage mixture on paper towel. Blend eggs and milk. Butter 9"x13" baking pan. Put bread cubes in bottom of the baking pan. Spread cheese over bread. Then sprinkle sausage mixture over all. Refrigerate over night covered. Preheat oven 350. Bake for 45 min-1 hour or until set. This will serve around 8 adults. Other ingredients can be used or meat can be omitted or other meats substituted.

Bon Appetit! ♫♪

If it's just yourself, maybe cinnamon toast with cocoa. If you have a dinner guest...Here's a good Mexican idea:
Fish Baked With Lime:
2 lb. 4 oz. white fish fillets, like cod, bass, or flounder
1 lime, halved
3 tbsp. extra-virgin olive oil
1 large onion, finely chopped
3 garlic cloves, finely chopped
2-3 pickled jalapeno chilies, chopped, these can be found in specialty stores
6-8 tbsp. chopped fresh cilantro
salt & pepper
lemon and lime wedges, to serve

1. Place the fish fillets in a bowl and sprinkle with saplt and pepper. Squeeze the juice from the lime over the fish.
2. Heat the olive oil in a frying pan. Add the onion and garlic and fry for about 2 min. stirring frequently, until softend. Remove from heat.
3. Place a thrid of the onion mixture and a little of the chilies and cilantro in the bottom of a shallow baking dish or roasting pan. Arrange the fish on top. Top with the remaining onion mixture, chilies and cilantro.
4. Bake in a preheated oven at 350*F for abot 15-20 min. or until the fish has become slightly opaque and firm to the touch. Serve at once, with lemon and lime wedges for squeezing over the fish.

Hope you enjoy!

Steak and mushrooms, baked potatoe with butter, sour creme, and bacon bits, green salad with favotorite dressing, and a garlic stick. Have a cold drink with lots of ice. Fast fry the steak in a pan with a little butter or oil, season, add mushrooms last, put the potatoe in the microwave for 5 minutes, add butter and stuff at the table, toss some greens and veggies in a bowl, add dressing at the table, put the garlic stick in for 25 seconds, put some ice in a glass pour your beverage and eat.

If you want to be healthy, a lean steak marinated in Italian dressing, with green beans, a baked sweet potato, and salad. Or, a grilled Pita bread sandwich. Spray your pan with Butter flavor Pam spray(no calories) and meat, cheese, whatever you like. Grill on both sides. You will never eat a regular sandwich again.

my husband loves this one! Tator Tot Casserole:
serves 4
1 lb- hamburger meat
2 cans- cream of mushroom soup or 2 packets of brown gravy
(whatever you have on hand)
1 bag- tator tots
1 bag- any kid of cheese you want
1-onion (if you like them)

preheat oven to 400 deg. brown meat and drain. add the can of mushroom soup and chopped onions. mix with a spoon. place tator tots on top lining them up right after each other, you can even do silly things like pictures if you have kids. put into oven for as long as the tator tot package say it will need to cook, usually on average 15 - 20 Min's. after the tots have browned, sprinkle cheese on the top and put back in oven on broil. dont leave it, it might burn!
then- viola! its done

i also have recipes for southern dinners like, chicken-n-dumplings... but if your the more romantic type. Ive got a almond chicken with sauce that is easy and mouthwatering!

So do we !!! My husband and I are arguing over this right now !! We need to go to the store. Neither wants to. I faded out by getting on the computer. Then I saw your question. Evidently there's no way to get away from this. Guess I'll go cook. Thanks for asking.

My wife just finished making a huge bowl of "coctele de camaron". Shrimp cocktail Mexican style with avocado, onions, tomato chili sauce and oh ya shrimp.
