This is probably your body letting you know that they are either too strong for you or it has given you a bit of a buzz. I'm a social smoker ( smoke when i'm drinking & after 5 in the arvo) and that normally happens to me if i haven't had a smoke in a day or 2, i usually get a little head spin and then feel sick. If you are only new at smoking i would seriously consider giving it up before you get addicted, if you have been smoking for a long time i would consider going for something with less mg.

Your body absorbed too much nicotine. It was probably a stronger cigarette than you are used to. If you smoke these again, take shallower puffs and don't hold the smoke in your lungs for too long. As soon as you feel the high, stop inhaling.

Why do you want to continue smoking if it makes you feel that sick? I would use it as a good excuse to stop; maybe you have an allergy...you know, to all the poisons and toxins in the cigarettes. It's not cool or fun to suffer and die from lung cancer. Just quit!

That's the nicotine addiction kicking in already. You now have a choice: Stop smoking now... or spend thousands of dollars on cigarettes and stop-smoking aids later...

Your body is trying to tell you something here. Listen to it. Don't smoke! It's not good for you. It stinks. It costs alot. Why do it?
Try eating a soda cracker or two.

Drink a lot of water, take deep breaths and wait it out. IF you can eat hot peppers, sometimes that will stop nausea too.
