I like chocolate Victoria sandwich with real dairy cream inside and melted dark chocolate, like Green and Black's, on the outside.
A really nice cup of tea to go with it.

A rich fruit cake made by my mum, covered in marzipan but no icing. 18 candles would be nice, so I'd be a bit younger, rather than there being more wax on my cake than Mme Tussauds. The perfect accompaniment? A nice cup of tea and a good book.

My favorite is chocolate cake with chocolate frosting, the best ice cream to go with that is mint chocolate chip. Spice cake with vanilla ice cream is also delicious.

I prefer white and the denser the better with a whipped cream frosting. Yum. A scoop of ice cream, chocolate or vanilla and I'm set.
