Drinking any kind of drink with added sugar in it can raise your blood sugar. You have to count carbohydrates in everything that you eat and drink and one 8 oz, serving of coca cola and pepsi has 37-38 grams of carbohydrate in this amount of drink.. Sp yes drinking this everyday can raise yoru bllod sugar. However, if you are on medication, you need to incorporate the amount that you drink into your carbohydrate plan and then it should balance. If you are allowed 45-60 gms. of carbs per meal, then you could drink an 8oz. soda and then eat about 8-13 gms more of carbs to measure it out right.

IMMUNE SYSTEMS become weakened by poor nutrition, lack of exercise and reduced oxygen. Once that happens, our body becomes vulnerable to common STRESSORS. Stressors can be environmental, like viruses, heavy metals, pesticides, food additives, electromagnetic waves or pollution. They can be internal things like emotional or job stress, or poisonous people in our lives. Aging is also a contributing factor. So this means:

WEAK IMMUNE SYSTEM + STRESSORS = DISEASE (cancer, diabetes, heart disease, etc.)

Our bodies have 60 trillion--yes, trillion--cells, and a healthy immune system kills diseases before they have a chance to get a foothold in the body.

It takes a LONG time, usually, or a high level of stressors, to weaken the immune system to the point where it won't do its job.

Coke definitely qualifies as a stressor--and it's addictive, too. Best of luck.

It has 34 or so carbs in it, and more sugar. If you don't have diabetes your pancreas is producing insulin to cover for it. Drinking coke is bad for anyone, you may want to drink diet/caffeine free. Water is a much better alternative.
