Yes a woman can pass the HPV virus that causes genital warts without even knowing she has it. Sometimes women don't have any "warts" at all - but rather displasia in the skin cells lining the cervix - which may have led to your abnormal pap smear.

It is estimated that 1 in 4 women have the HPV virus - and that a lot of them don't even know it. There are surgical procedures to attempt to get rid of the bad cells - like a LEEP procedure where they take a bit of your cervix. This causes your cervix to be a little shorter and will put a woman in a higher risk pregnancy category. But yes - if you do have HPV, you can still have kids.

yes you can pass genital warts without knowing it. Some women don't have symptoms for months or years. You may have a type of HPV, there are over 100 strains of the virus. I would go and get checked out again. It is very common for women to have abnormal paps and 90% of the time it is due to the HPV virus....YES you can have kids:)

While she ^ is right, be aware that it may cause difficulties with getting pregnant. Depending on how long someone has been infected with out wuperficial signs, damage may have been done on a more internal aspect which would make it more difficult for semen to get to the egg.
