According to recent studies conducted by the Pritikin Longevity Center, diabetes starts from too much fat in the diet and insufficient exercise, not malfunction of the pancreas as previously thought. The pancreas continues to produce insulin when you have diabetes but the body becomes insulin resistant. Research has shown that over 90% of diabetes cases can be TOTALLY CORRECTED with diet and exercise. That means that you don't have to have limbs removed due to diabetes-induced gangrene. You don't have to go blind or suffer cardiovascular abnormalities because of diabetes. You can actually REVERSE some of these conditions with diet (nutrition, not weight loss) and exercise, and the removal of parasites and candida.

Best of luck.

Diet and exercise can be very effective for type 2 diabetes (not for type 1, the only treatment for that is insulin), especially in patients who are obese, and many patients can manage their blood sugar without any medication at all by strict diet and regular exercise.

a sugar free diet, lots of green vegetables high in roughage, cereals, unpolished rice, avoid root vegetables like potato and carrots, every morning take a teaspoon full of crushed fenugreek seeds soaked a day earlier( i say crushed...as its too bitter to chew on!! and swallow it fast followed by a little warm milk which takes away the bitter taste immdiately)trying going onto a site to find out the benifits of these seeds. All the best (remember to exercise daily to burn off unwanted calories, yoga too is a good form)
