Yeah! Sick things like this have always made me sick like how cheese is really just moldy nasty things and how milk has a lot of pus in it.

It's quite eye-opening as to what is in some products. Gelatin (found in jelly sweets such as Haribo) is the boiled down bones of either cows or pigs.
Rennet comes from the insides of a cows stomach, and is a slaughter byproduct. It is found in a lot of cheeses, although some have vegetarian rennet in.
Cochineal = crushed up beetles. However please do not assume that all products coloured red have cochineal in them, there are veggie alternatives!
Can the person below please state why on earth they think that there is pus in milk? The only reason I can think of is if a cow has mastitis, (although my knowledge of cattle medicine is somewhat lacking) and that should always be treated. If they don't then they could be taken to court for causing unnecessary suffering. If you're concerned about these things, buy direct from the farmer at a farm shop, city farm or farmers market. Farmers who sell in these ways are small farmers who care about their livestock (yes, farmers do care!).

MMMmmmm. You just made me hungry. Tallow? not eating the candles. Rennin is a natural enzyme in cattle. which we produce pepsin instead so veggies or vegans produce the same enzyme naturally.

It doesn't make me feel sick but I'll try not to think about it. I am thinking about going on an organic food plan from now on and getting rid of all the "normal" food that has antibiotics/hormones injected into the animals.

Absolutely not. Would you become a carnivore if you knew that your vegetables were full of genetically induced chemicals and pesticides from crop spraying. Chemicals from fertilisers are drawn up through the soil. No, you wouldn't, but you would be more careful about where you bought your veg from. You just have to be vigilant, if you care that much about what's in your food!

You mean rennet. Yes it is an enzyme from the cow stomach.
What do you know about cochineal? That is what they use to dye many foods red. Like RED powerade and RED McDs strawberry shakes. ITS MADE FROM BUGS. Start reading the ingredient list on your favorite red food items. How many bugs have you consumed?
I know my food, do you?

And all those organic vegetables are grown in animal dung. Anyone for a crunchy raw carrot?

Why would that effect me in any way?!?! I could care less, as long as it has NO immediate negative effect (which it does not) I will continue to eat a well balanced diet including all types of animal fat without hesitation or remorse. Maby one day you will realize that you need to focus on enjoying your life while you can and refrain from being intentionally distracted from your apparently crippling social/romantic problems by fixating your mind on frivelous "animal fat worries".
