You could just go back to your local supermarket and go to the chineses section, there you can find egg noodles, chinese tinned ingredients and various sauces such as plum sauce, soy sauce fish sauce, Black Bean sauce etc... Happy cooking.

always marinate in soy sauce, garlic and chinese five spice.......if you want a sweet and sour sauce then put some pineapple in and if you want a spicy sauce then some fresh chill is good. you need to quick fry the meat in a wok after marinating for at least three hours dude........homemade chinese is 50 times better than takeout! you can also coat pork/ chicken/ beef/ prawns with flour and egg white and then shallow fry in oil in a frying pan.....this will make a wicked "hong kong " style sweet and sour based meat......agin, better than any you may find from a takeaway!

Pork contains live worm that will not die even after u cook it or freeze it. The worm can travel and multiply in your intestines, travel up under ur scalp and make it a host. Check out websites, scientifically proven.
