that keep having unprotected sex, why are they not charged with attempted murder or murder ? and why are they allowed to roam free to do it again ?

they are charged, at least in California. If they know for a fact of their HIV status, and purposely spread their HIV, they will get charged for murder and sued.

They should be sued under the charges of damages and injuries but not under the charges of murder.

People know many things that they don't believe or follow- this is human nature. Logics and reasons do not always take the ride of our activities over our drives. We know, telling lie is bad but even after that we bring some logics to tell lie.

if caught they can and will be charged with just that. u have sex with me knowing u had aids. i find out i am positive. they get all my partners names. see`thst you have already been notified of your results and baaaaaaaaammmmmmmmmmm. too bad someone would have to go through that though. if u are positive u dont have to walk around with it on your forehead but at least tell if u are going to put someone in danger. we have the righ to knoew our partners stats

yeah they're charged and well get life in prison.
