Not much.
There're a few in Ottawa -- most notably 'The Table' and 'The Green Door' -- but they're both cafeteria-style with lukewarm food.
Some of it's tasty, but it's just too easy to get good vegetarian options in non-vegetarian restaurants these days to make them worthwhile for me.

basically approximately all eating places, apart from say, steakhouses, could have vegetarian recommendations. while you're uncertain, you could constantly look at a menu on line and spot what works including your weight-help plan. i understand for a certainty that the two pink Lobster and Applebee's could have products on there menu that don't incorporate meat.
