I have eaten
Boshintang( also known as Kaygogi)
This is a Korean soup which is made from dog meat.

This is considered the ultimate aphrodisiac in Korea. It is eaten during the hot summer months. During that time it is not unusual for the women to sit at separate tables and eat Samgyatang
Chicken Ginseng soup.

I have also eaten San Nokji. This is a fresh Octopus that is served cut up and raw. It should be still moving when served.

my last trip to Thailand, Bangkok, I was at a restaurant called the Seafood Market, it is actually a restaurant and market, where you purchase all the ingredients you want in your meal, they even supply shopping trollies as the supermarkets do. Then the Chefs cook to your instructions, I was there with a business client and my partner and after receiving our dinner I was told not to look around because there was something which would turn my stomach. Naturally I did and here was a group of Asian men in suits - obviously having a business dinner as I was, the only difference was they were eating LIVE prawns [shrimp] I think that may qualify to answer your question
cheers from OZ

By the way I think this is the longest answer I have ever given, but the story is too good not to be told

Fertilized duck egg which is a great delicacy in the Philippines - it's called "balut" there. The egg is around 21 days old (I think, don't exactly remember), then boiled. Crack it open, and eat everything inside - the embryo, liquid, etc. Said to be an aphrodisiac and in the vernacular "to strengthen the knees"

As kids we were fed deep fried turtle and told it was chicken until after we'd eaten it.

Then I went through a faze in my 20's where I tried all the odd things on the restaurant menus. Squid. Snails. Alligator Tail.

I am so glad that faze is over.

Now I'm in my 40's, vegetarian, and doing serious colon cleanses to make up for my past stupidity...

foie gras...

it is a delicacy in France, also in many other cultures. It is essentially the liver of a duck that has been force-fed corn mash. Ew!

Rotisserie style guinea pig while I was traveling in Peru. It tasted like chicken, except for all those teeny-tiny bones.

1,000 year old eggs. They are not really that old, but they are fermented in the ground for 100 days.
