NO, and trying to be brief, a blood clot in the lungs is called a pulmonary embolus, which can be a life threatening problem. Many times they go unnoticed and may even resolve themselves. When you have a PE it blocks the blood flow into the lung, thereby restricting the bodies ability to get oxygen into the blood and carbon dioxide out of the blood. A small one could be medically treated, a really large one could kill you, quickly.
But, to answer your question, sinusitis does not typically lead to blood clots other than the ones that you blow out of your nose, which do not affect lung function. Inhaling a blood clot might cause irritation, coughing, even lead to a blockage and a pneumonia, but not the conditions that I mentioned previously.
I hope this helps.

Not likely. Bloodclots in the lungs are usually caused by imobility after having surgery where the anesthesia was used on your lungs and maybe they were damaged a little from the tubing they use and from imobility if you have things such as phneumonia or have problems with your clotting factors of your blood. If you have blood and clots coming from the lungs from coughing it is probably because they have came from your head. The only thing I would worry about is clearing up the problem, an antibiotic is in order. You could end up with an upper respritory infection or phneumonia if it's left untreated. You should at least be using a saltwater nasal spray or an eyedropper to get warm saltwater into your nasal passage and gargle and maybe even use an antihistamine like benadryl at night to keep the nose dry so it doesn't get into the lungs. If it doesn't clear up in 10 -14 days it needs a Dr.'s attention.
