can someone help me? i've checked everywhere and all it can tell me are the major controllable risk factors. i have a test tommorow and i want to know :)

Keep weight at a normal level, eat healthily and exercise to minimise risk

Hi. Minor controllable risk factors are stress, fat intake, hydration, rest, vitamins and minerals intake, being educated about the disease, family support system, fast food habits, portion control, and exercise. Best of luck.
