Most likely if you have had intercourse with your gf you have hpv. There are several types: type 6 and 11 cause genital warts, type 16 and 18 can cause cervical cancer in women. Men who carry hpv will usually have no symptoms. Keep your stress levels down and relax. You will not die of this std. However your gf should have screenings for cervical cancer every six months.

HPV is an STD. It is sexually transmitted and some forms of it can cause cervical cancer in women.

Get what? And if your gf has some problem, she should be treated too! No one dies of HIV but by the side infections that keep coming up when it becomes AIDS. And as for other STDs, they re treatable

No, you won't die.. HPV is humanpapilloma virus, lots of women get it, it is not an STD. she needs to get it treated, if she doesn't it could develop into cervical cancer. She needs to go to a doc for this.

Its a virus and you have it forever. You may give it to women in the future for whom you will be sexully active with.
I dont know about you, but she has higher risk of cervical cancer.
You should ask a doctor before you decide to have kids, if you are a carrier, the risks to her getting it.

If you are male, HPV cannot infect you. If you are female, HPV can infect your ovaries and cause ovarian cancer, to check for HPV check with a doctor and they can explain it to you more clearly.

No go to your local health department they will check u out with or without ur parent and at no cost if it isnt treated u will get really sick.
