my friend told me that his cholesteral level is 500!
should i report this number to the "Genius World Record'?
what's the hightest record in the world?

No some people one is higher.

1) Yes it can be true, it can even go up to higher levels that that, but it seems that your friend may have a kind of familial hypercholesterlemia. He is at a much much much increased risk for developing premature heart attacks (as early as in his 20's) as well as a risk for pancreatitis (inflammation of the pancreas)

2) he really needs to do something about it because he is liking a timed heart attack.

You could, but if he's a good friend, I'd be talking to him about lowering his cholesteral. He will need your support.

First of all...can you trust your friend? It is most unlikely that your friend's chloesteral level is 500. If your friend is not lying then I would consider reporting it.
