Not that I have ever had oral sex before but I am just wondering. So it is not a concern.

Do you get it when the fluid enters your digestive system or do you get it because it passes through your gums in your mouth?

The route of HIV entry during oral sex is from vaginal fluid or semen into cuts or sores in the lining of the mouth.

You can have cuts in your mouth and not feel them. Every time you floss and brush your teeth, you cut up your gums. Or if you bite the lining of your cheek or tongue.

You can enjoy oral sex safely, though. Simply wear a condom during fellatio, or cover the vulva with a sheet of plastic cling film during cunnilingus.
