Which STD's produce bumps on the head of the penis? Can you get herpes from oral sex if no-one has it?

If we both tested negative for herpes but she gives me oral sex can we ever get herpes and which STDs produce bumps on the head of the penis. I think these may be sebaecous glands but I'm not sure.

I know herpes causes bumps....but I don't know of others that do
