Although it does not answer your question (sorry, I don't even know what Cheetos are and if they sell them in Europe), I have strong doubts about Max Marie's response, that black tea obtains its colour from pigs' blood. That is the most ridiculous thing I have ever heard in my entire life!
Black tea is more oxidized than the green, oolong and white varieties, and thus obtains a darker colour (which is not black after all, but golden)

While it's not likely they put pig stomach in them, pig's blood is often used as a coloring agent.
Most people don't know pig's blood is what makes "black" tea dark.
I went to the Cheetos website and read the ingredients for Flaming Hot Cheetos. I assume those are the hot cheetos you mean. Any time you have the word "natural ingredients" on an item that isn't marked "vegetarian" or "vegan," be suspicious.
Pig's blood is not a chemical so they are perfectly free to call it natural flavor, natural ingredient or natural color. Using these terms are ways food companies hide disgusting things use so they don't have to pay to dispose of.

Try reading the INGREDIENTS ... if it has any 'meat' or 'meat products' that's where you would 'find out' ...
