I don't have diabetes and I don't drink alot of water, either. What could cause full relief of the bladder at least three time before 10 a.m. every day. More if I counted the rest of the day.

I don't wake up in the middle of the night to urinate, and I had a physical-no diabetes detected. I am a female.

As mentioned, you could be quite sensitive to caffiene, so if you drink a lot of caffienated beverages (tea, coffee, sodas, energy drinks) then this could cause. It can be any liquid that you drink not just water.
However, if you were diabetic, I would say go to your doctor because having to go to the bathroom a lot for a diabetic can be a sign of impending kidney problems.

It's probably not diabetes. You probably ate or drank something your body doesn't like, you could be sick (which will go away within a week), or you could have an overactive bladder. You might want to see a doctor.

You specifically mention 10 a.m. Are you by chance a morning coffee drinker? Caffeine is a mild diuretic and some are more sensitive to it than others in this respect.

do u wake up every nigth to urinate this may indicates that u may have diabetes so u should fasting blood sugar it should less than 128mg/dl or u check random blood sugar it should be less than 200mg/dl ,others may be compulsive water drinking,diabetes inspidus, hypercalcemia.
