I am currently working on shedding the pounds. I work in construction as a Project Engineer and know the feeling of jobsite cravings and eating habits. I have learned that you need to go to the doctor and get your blood pressure checked. No pain involved, just have them check it. Your clearly active, but are you going home and sitting all evening? Learn to eat moderately and throughout the day! Cut back on cold cuts and eat a lean turkey sandwich. Set a calorie level that you don't go over each day. Plenty of calorie calculators online, just search for them. Cut back on salts and foods high in cholesterol. Your body alone makes enough cholesterol for itself, no need to add a bunch more to it. Take a walk at night, and practice deep breaths that fill your abdomen and not your chest. Write down ten things that make you stressed the most and work on why and how you can reduce them. Trust me, this works.

You seem to be in great health from what you have told me. However yes fats and salts are a big factor in heart health today. Cut down on the salts and fats. Work out on a daily basis doing cardio, make sure that you sweat. A lot of people think that they are fine if they lift weights while that is good for bones and osteoporosis, it does not help your heart. You need to pump your blood by cardio workouts. Drink water not coffee and bag a lunch with fruits and veggies. But watch your sodium intake and exercises.

well I am very similar in stature as yourself , I exercise everyday about 1 hour of cardio weights every other day , I eat healthy , I dont drink or smoke and I had a heart attack about 4 months ago due from a virus that moved into my heart . Something very important to check is your good cholesterol levels that's very important and if it is to low you need to exercise and eat the right foods!!!! are you gonna have one one knows ?? but is the way your eating helping no its not at all and its attributing to the possibility of having one take it from me I'm 36 and have had to go trough this **** you do not want to have to trust me!!!!! so I'm a big eater and work hard so I know what your saying only advice I have to curb your appetite is try to drink about 3 bigger protein shakes every day in between healthy meals you will stay full and get the energy you need I use whey protein drinks 1 banana 1 scoop of the mix water and lots of ice in a blender and there not bad tasting!!!! any gnc would have it good luck man and stay away from the fat!!! try to take out as much fat out of your diet as possible !!!!!

Michael Jackson did not have a heart attack. He experienced Cardiac Arrest and medical doctors could not revive him. heart attack isn't the comparable component as Cardiac Arrest. The post-mortem will start up the following day to be sure why he went into Cardiac Arrest.

You sound like you are in good health but you should see if you have a genetic marker that makes you more susceptable to heart disease. I am not trying to scare you, but the first symptom in one third of heart disease cases is sudden death -- a pretty serious syptom indeed! If you know whether you have a certain marker, you can make lifestyle changes now. There is a genetic test for heart disease called "Gensona" that you can order online. They send you a kit and you take a cheek swab and send it back to them. They mail you results back to you and let you know if you have the most common marker for heart disease. If you'd like to get it, you can order it from the link below.
