I recently started using insulin for my Type 2 Diabetes and I am feeling much better both physically and mentally. I have been treated for depression for about 10 years and I have been able to reduce the amount of antidepressants I need since I started the insulin. Has anyone else noticed a change in their level of depression when beginning insulin?

With any illness, not limited to diabetes when the body begans to heal or feel better the mind seems to conincide with it. This makes a lot of sense. Congrats for feeling more mentally stable and best of luck to you.

I am writing to tell you what an incredible impact these methods had on my life! I have had type 2 diabetes for 27 years. For me, the worst part of this horrible disease is the severe pain I constantly get in my feet. The pain is so bad that I avoid standing and walking as much as possible. I've got to tell you that within the first month, my feet stopped hurting altogether and I can now walk totally pain free.

Believe it or not, I even danced at my niece's wedding last month, something I have not done in a many years. I've been following the book for six months now and my blood sugar is well within normal range. I feel great!

I recommend you use the Type 2 Diabetes Destroyer to naturally reverse your diabetes.

I have not actually heard that about insulin before. I'm very happy for you!

In my case, I am not at a point where I take insulin (only Metformin/Actos) but I felt better (physically and mentally) the moment I started exercising on a regular basis. For years, I thought the people that talked about a "runner's high" , etc were nuts but I am here to tell you, I feel a world different!

I'm not on insulin, but I certainly noticed an improvement in my general mood when I was started on treatment (Metformin). I felt alive again for the first time in ages.
