I too am not 100% sure of what you are asking, the lowest systolic blood pressure I've personally seen is 40 and that was using a doppler. The person was having shortness of breath due to having an acute heart attack.

Im not entirely sure what you mean, but normal blood pressure is @ 120/80. The top # is the systolic, the bottom the diastolic.
