I moved from Louisiana to Ca. and andouille is hard to find.I had to get the phone book out and call the stores that had specialty section.When I found them they were not like home and pricey.I'm going home in Sept. and plan on bringing me another ice chest from there.Good luck....

If there is a hannafod store up in nh, they have the best andouville sausage. I work for their sister company, Sweetbay, down in florida and they carry the same stuff as we do.

Go to a high end market and look in the sausage section. Emeril Lagossi makes one that's OK.
