Lymphocytes are a white blood cell. Usually you have mostly Neutrophils, then, lymphocytes, then a few monocytes, and very very few eosinophils and basophils.

If you're currently sick, elevated neutrophils and low lymphocytes suggests a bacterial infection, while low neutrophils and high lymphocytes means it's a virus.

If you're currently healthy, you may just run on the low side when it comes to lymphs. Everyone's different, and a white count is usually just a diagnostic tool to figure out what kind of infection you might have. So, it's nothing to really worry about, it just helps your doctor decide on a course of treatment.
