NO CARBS OR FAT IN EITHER JACK DANIELS, VODKA OR ANY OTHER SPIRIT.

Gabriella has it right, alcohol contains 7 k calories per gram but it's not carbohydrate, fat or protein.

Also it does not contain any sugar, sugar is pure carbohydrate. All sugar has been converted to alcohol by the brewing process.

Technically, plain alcohol - hard liquor - is carb-free.
However, with 7 calories per gram, alcohol has more calories than does carbohydrate or protein but fewer calories than fat. So alcohol is in a class of its own.
Because alcohol turns to sugar in the body, many people think it should be classified as a carbohydrate. Some even call alcohol a supercarb. Alcohol is fattening - that's indisputable - not only because of its calories and potential carbs but because it slows metabolism

No carbs or fat but plenty of sugar. Not as much as beer or wine, but it's still there. Don't worry though, if you drink as much of it as I do, you'll end up throwing it up anyway so it wont matter!! I know it's a terrible thing to say, but it's just so horribly true!!
