Medically there are no ways to cure it, but in "old world" medicine there is a cure. Personally, I'm not at all a "herbal medicine" type of guy, but, I had to do this when I was younger because my parents made me do it (I had to do it "just in case" but my little brother was the one that acutally had asthma). It's really NASTY, and I puked on several occassions but it works.

Twice a day for thirty days take 1 clove of grinded garlic and 1 teasoon of honey, wash that down with 1 cup of beet juice (using a juice extractor with peel-less beets). Give it a shot, it worked for my brother. You have nothing to lose except maybe your lunch.

It cannot be cured completely but can be kept well under control. However the patients should be careful all their lives, once they have been attacked by asthama, even after the apparent cure.
U get good medicines for quick relief these days.

First decide whether it is assthma or simple breathlessness. Only a good ayurvedic physician who is expert in pulse diagnosis will tell you what it is. f you go to an allopath, he will load you with many steriods. Rest asured, asthma is 100% curable.

Ashthma can be substantially (98%) be arrested through meditation based on self-realization and placing more emphasis on heart than the mind. Side by side garlic should be consumed in sufficient quantities but always cooked with other food items.

No, but it can be controlled with medication and by avoiding triggers of attacks (ie: animals, flowers, etc). Always carry an inhalor with you b/c you never know what could trigger an attack. Good luck.
