I'm a nurse. The normal for the top number is 100 to 140. And the bottom number is 60 to 90. This is alarming and your co-worker faces a stroke, a doctor is needed right away for medication to lower it today before its too late. Her primary doctor today or ER it's just that serious. This is a silent killer.

If these numbers are true, then you have hypertension. It needs to be treated asap. This increases your risk of stroke and heart attack significantly. Go to the doc and get it treated.
