General rule of thumb for diabetics is low carbs/low GI. Corn is high. If it were very little, say in a corn salsa, that would be okay, otherwise, go for the broccoli or green beens. They would be a much better choice.

No food is inherently bad or good for diabetes, it all comes down to portion control. Any starch is a carbohydrate and those break down to sugars, so excessive amounts can be bad. Read the nutritional facts label and make sure to count the carbs being added by the cornstarch you are using.

Depends how much of it you eat, what time of day you eat it, what methods you use to manage your diabetes - and what type you are.
As to whether it's OK for you - test your BGs an hour after you eat it. If you're high, reduce the portion next time. if not - great, buy more corn.

Diabetes is usually treated through a combination of diet (low sugar), exercise and medications/insulin. Read here https://tr.im/5DNNl
Milder cases can be controlled with just diet an/or exercise while more severe cases require meds or insulin as well.
