I love leek and butter bean soup, but I must say I have not been exposed to that much welsh cuisine, so perhaps I need to research that and try some more of their dishes.

Love welsh lamb and at a loss as to why its almost impossible to buy in Sainsburys.
Seem to have it occasionally in butchery dept. but never a good choice... considering the number of sheep in Wales I am suprised.
