yes i love...:
garlic butter prawns
black pepper crab
hot and sour soup
chicken cashew nuts
beef with ginger and spring onions
duck rice
szechuan prawns
i hate...:
sharksfin soup ; reason: i dont condone shark hunted for it's fin
turtle dish; reason: because turtle is protected animal and cute
cats: (they eat these in china) ; its immoral
dogs: (they eat this in china) ; its immoral

Bah Kuh Teh - pork ribs boiled in different herbs and spices, very delicious and good for health
Tau Yu Bak - pork cooked in black vinegar, a little salt, brown sugar, dried chili and some other ingredients
Won ton Mee
Fried Kueh Teow - noodle fried with egg, bean sprout, clam, prawn
Hokkien Mee - fat noodle with dark soya sauce, pork rind, some vegetable, etc, nice when hot.
Kong po Kai pan - chicken cooked with dried chilis, cashew nut, absolutely delicious
And a lot more.

Americanized chinese yes. Kung Pao and Spicy Orange Chicken are my favorites.

i love all chinese food, pot stickers, paper wrapped chicken, eggrolls, sesame chicken, general's chicken, peking duck, hot and sour soup, wonton soup, fried rice, chow mein, garlic lobster, walnut prawns, i could go on for days!! i have not had any chinese food that i did not like, my all time favorite authentic resturaunt is Peter Chu's at the airport in Redding CA.

i like it once in a while cause if i have it even 2 days in a row i get sick of it.
my favourits are - hot and sour soup, sauteed chicken with broccoli, chicken with cashew nuts, four seasons and chicken moo shu.

my favorite is Lo Mein, chicken or pork, then Moo Goo Gai Pan,and pork egg rolls. now I am hungry
